Waterfront Condos is being developed by Daniel Corporation. The condos will be bounded by Quees Quay, Richardson Street, Lakeshore Boulevard and Javis Street.  The condos will consists of 516 proposed suites that vary in sizes ranging from 347 to 790 square feet. Water Front Condos is designed by Giannone Architects while its interior design will be done by Cecconi Simone Inc.
